Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We ship internationally. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 14 business days from the date your order is shipped, depending on your location.
Delivery times for destinations in Asia vary depending on the specific country and local logistics — some routes are faster, while others may take longer.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, high-demand periods, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Retriax Watches has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will look into it for you. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
If your order has still not been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, you are entitled to a full refund. Please reach out so we can resolve the situation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
