Refund policy

At Retriax Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or return. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. To request this, please email us at support@retriaxwatches.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video clearly showing the damage or defect

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be required to return a damaged or defective item.

Items Not Received

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, you are entitled to a full refund. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details, or contact us so we can assist you.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect or damage (for example, you changed your mind), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Includes all original packaging and any accessories

In these cases, a refund will be issued only after the item has been returned to us and inspected. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To start a refund or return, email us at support@retriaxwatches.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund

We are unable to offer a refund or return in the following cases:

  • The item has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • The request is made after the applicable time window has passed
  • The item is returned without prior authorization or without its original packaging
